organizational based change
It is rare to find any organization that is not at least somewhat averse to changing their organization. Whether it be a change in leadership at the top that threatens the stability of the core of the organization, or a departmental realignment, most companies have some level of hesitation in moving forward.
It is a commonly held belief that influencing successful change begins at the top. Leadership buy-in is critical. Organizational based change finds its foundation in HR. It is key for HR leadership to communicate change well ahead of the anticipated "go time" to reduce surprise and allow lead time to adapt.
